A simple mortgage solver. It allows you what-if scenarios of a mortgage and loan.

Solves for principle, payment, yearly interest rate, and length of the mortgage.
Determines how much interest will be paid over the life of the mortgage.
Amortization table displays principle and interest paid per month and per year. Also shows a balance of the mortgage.
